Gratitude Expands the Law of Attraction

Do you find yourself feeling stressed out when you have lots on your plate at work and at home? If yes is your answer, there is a very easy strategy that you may use to help alleviate those negative feelings and instantly change your vibes from negative to positive.

Remembering to be grateful is the most effective ways to change your vibrations from negative to positive. In fact gratitude and love are the very highest vibrations in the universe, and when you emit them, you will undoubtedly get them back ten fold. So when you are worried about trying to finish your project on time, or standing in a long line up waiting for service, or rushing home from work to help with the children, try to remember to be grateful for whatever you can find to be grateful for in that moment, because the smallest things that you can think of will shift your energy from negative to positive and that positive thought will attract more, and more, and more.

So what are some of the small things in your life that you appreciate and love? My list runs something like this: my grandson's company, family activities, muffins in the oven, dark chocolate, laughter, Bach, eyes that smile, coffee with a friend, a funny email, a good book, and sunshine on my face.

I can think of many more and I know that you can too. So just focus on one or two of your favorites as you stand there feeling harried and harassed and make sure to include random acts of kindness sent your way or sent by you! Random acts of kindness can start the wheel of gratitude spinning throughout your psyche, and as you help another, and send good vibes their way--giving them your best--for it truly is your best--you will find out that in giving, you are actually receiving.

You are receiving that warm fuzzy compassionate feeling that connects you to your source, your essence--your spirit within, that is the real you. And that is exactly what you want to do. You want to stay connected to your spirit, for it is the source of wisdom, peace and love. And when you can tap into that source intentionally, you will be using the Law of Attraction deliberately to attract more wisdom, peace and love.

By intentionally and genuinely giving to others, or by expressing thankfulness and appreciation in any way, shape or form, you will be getting back what you are giving out. And that is the essence and spirit of true giving. It is a circle. It blesses both the giver and the receiver. And guess what else it is? It is evidence of the circular nature of the Law of Attraction, or put more colloquially, evidence that "whatever comes around goes around."

Medical literature is full of facts about the effects of stress on our bodies. Lesser known studies show that grateful people demonstrate higher levels of energy, enthusiasm, attentiveness and determination. So deliberately choosing to feel grateful is a good thing! In fact, it is a sane and most wonderful way to live your life on purpose, and with purpose, because the only real purpose of human life is to experience happiness. And choosing a few minutes a day while waiting at a light or walking to your car to quiet your mind and feel grateful helps you develop a happiness habit--a habit of controlling your thoughts and gaining mastery over negativity, which is the very essence of what Law of Attraction training is all about.

So put your heart into whatever you are doing by intentionally being grateful for what you have and who you are, because in so doing, you will be attracting more good vibes--vibes that promote the release of the feel good endorphins and reduce the effects of the heart damaging hormones associated with the effects of stress.
