If it
wasn't for finding your site last year, reading all the newsletters as
if it was the last thing on earth I needed to do, I would not have been
so bent on finding the answer to the why's, what else's, and what for's
about my life. I'm applying as quickly as I can the principles that
I've learned, and have seen amazing and quick changes. To everyone out
there, these principles work - if you work them. Again, thank you for
your remarkable and mind-awakening information.

"If Your Intention is Clear"
by
E. Jean Perrins
One of the strongest motivations in the Universe is intention. It is a force to be reckoned with. It is part of our rights as spiritual beings. If we want to create a situation, a goal, an outcome or a manifestation, we must create an intention. Our intention should also be made with a clear mind and a clear heart.
The dictionary defines intention as the purpose or attitude toward the effect of one's actions or conduct. You need to have a purpose for wanting something and you must have a sure and clear attitude as to why you want it. What purpose will the fulfilled intention serve? Do you want a better job so you can put your daughter through medical school? Or do you want the better job because you don't get along with the people who work in your current job? Your intention to better yourself in some way, tends to solidify your chances of your intention manifesting rather than using an intention to escape.

Ask The Expert
Question: While I am in hypnosis, can I use one or more affirmations?
Answer: You can use more than one affirmation in a session, as long as the affirmation still focuses on one particular subject. If you try to deal with too many areas of change at one time, it overwhelms the subconscious and you won't get anywhere.
In my newsletter, each article I write has an accompanying affirmation that is several sentences long. As long as the phrase isn't so long that you forget what is says, or don't understand it, it's great to use an affirmation with more than a single sentence. This helps to build up expectation
and address other areas within that one main topic that you want to change.

Break Through Teleclass
We had a smashing teleclass! Several people have emailed and said they're starting to have breakthroughs, and that it had so much great information. If you were registered, I hope you were able to download your recording of it.
I plan to do more free teleclasses in the near future, and hope you enjoy them and are able to use them to make phenomenal improvements in your life.
Coaching Group Program
I've announced my "Break the Dam Holding Back the Flow of Universal Good" coaching group program. This Mastermind type group meets every week for 12 weeks to give you laser coaching, and open up to more Universal good. I have very few openings in it, so that everyone can receive coaching each week.
It begins Tuesday, February 8th at 5:30pm PST (6:30pm MST, 7:30pm CST, 8:30pm EST), and will meet every Tuesday, ending on April 26th. If you're ready to invest in yourself
and move forward, visit here for more information:

Blog Postings
I posted a couple of studies that could be helpful to know about. "Brief meditative exercise helps cognition" and "Writing about worries eases anxiety and improves test performance." The latter states that writing about anxiety
actually clears up mental energy, and allows students to perform better. If it works in one area, it should work in others, as well.
If you tend to break promises to yourself, your subconscious will not believe that you're willing to do what's necessary to achieve your goal. Learn one way to begin gaining its cooperation when you really want to make a change. Watch my coaching tip video, "An Intention Is A Promise To Yourself."
