Most people use the term "visualization," but the author believes that "feelingization" captures the quality of the process better. Not only do you need to imagine your dream, but feel that it's actually happening. "Feelingization - When Visualization Just Isn't Enough" As part of my own process of preparing to meet and manifest a soulmate I created a series of processes for myself that I call “feelingizations”. While some people might call them “visualizations” I have found that “feelingization” is the more accurate term. When I use self-hypnosis at the beginning of a meditation, I go deeper than with any other technique. And because you're focusing on relaxing your body, counting down and then imagining a special place, it helps to calm down the errant thoughts. However, it is a constant practice to keep them calm and not let them distract you. Whenever you have a thought try to get your attention, bring your focus back to your special place, affirmation or any visualization you're using. You're in the process of training your mind. Letting it know that you're going to take charge. Once you've practiced enough to get the thoughts quieter, the next step is to be able to simply observe them and let them go. To be able to practice self-hypnosis to go into a deeper meditative state, use my Self-Hypnosis Instructions. Would you like to submit a question for me to answer in the newsletter?
