Affirmations can change your life!
If you answered YES to one or more of these questions, then you're falling into a familiar mental trap. You've been programmed to think that way. Early childhood, modeling on authorities, challenging experiences create false, habitual beliefs. And the negative things you say to yourself just perpetuate them.
Your mind acts on the overall tendency of your thoughts. When those thoughts are self-defeating, self-sabatoging ideas, your mind must manifest them, attracting experiences like them. Your mind acts on those false beliefs as if they're true.

In 1990, I went through a crisis that undermined my faith, self-confidence and self-worth.
